There are many stories and myths about contacts being bad for you, but most of them are absolutely not true. Think a contact can get behind your eye? There will always be a “glasses or contacts” debate, but to be honest, both have their advantages and disadvantages, and the choice is completely up to you. Contact lenses require a bit more work, as you need to make sure you have saline on you and be very careful on a windy day, but you can wear them while playing sports or even swimming (under the goggles, of course).
