Eat Foods That Are Healthy and Good for the Brain

They should be healthy and nutritious, staying away from foods that are too fatty and starchy. Those foods just slow you down and make you feel tired. For example, if you eat pizza for lunch, you will find yourself becoming tired and slower during the afternoon. So, try to eat light foods during the day and save the bigger meal for the evening. You should try to eat plenty of fish and foods containing Omega 3 because they’re great for your brain.
Challenge Both Your Body and Mind
Making sure that your body and mind are both challenged is also vital. Your mind can get bored very quickly. That’s because it’s a highly complex organ that needs stimulation. So, do puzzles, read or whatever you want to do to get your mind working and thinking. By challenging your mind, you will strengthen it, and you can even improve your memory by doing this.
