About

Running Sole Girl Game is the go-to place for anyone and everyone wanting to improve their health and fitness and discover the joy of a healthy lifestyle.

Originally founded in 2013 as a fitness motivation blog, and re-launched in 2015 as a fitness & health tip blog. The RunningSoleGirl community is for those wanting to live healthier lives. RSG is a quickly growing community of individuals from all over the world dedicated to improving their lifestyle; with a common belief that living a healthy lifestyle can be easy and fun. Other core beliefs of the RSG Team include:

  • RSG is all about rolling with the punches and grabbing the bull by the horns to reach your fitness and health goals. Trust me. We’re a team; we’re in this together.
  • We believe that you have that one goal you’ve been hiding for too long. We’re here to help you bring it back to life, and let it see the light of day. The kind of goal that makes you look forward to Monday mornings and waking up early to work towards achieving it every. single. day.
  • Living a healthy lifestyle can be fun and easy, and you can be happy living that lifestyle. The days of restricting yourself to a crazy diet and exercise regime are long gone. We’re determined to help give you the tools to create the lifestyle you’ll not only stick with but love.
  • We know you want to start your journey to a healthier lifestyle and are ready to learn the proper tools, and that’s what we’re here to do.

We only work with brands and companies that we believe fit with the RSG Team values and have proudly collaborated with Reebok, Aaptiv, Athena, nuts.com, CLIF BAR & Company, Planet Fitness, Casper, and the team behind the Kevin Can Wait for a tv show.

Without the fantastic RSG Team, we never would have had the opportunity for those collaborations. The Team is the reason we do what we do, and if you have the same desire to improve your lifestyle, we’d love to have you join. You can sign-up for our fantastic newsletter here; with a Motivation Sunday to help start your week off on the right foot, and a Team Meeting every Thursday to keep you updated on what’s happening, exclusive tips, workouts, and behind-the-scenes. You can also follow us on Instagram to see the daily happenings.

WHO IS LEADING THE TEAM?

I’m Ally Gonzales, I’m currently in my third year at a university in beautiful NE Oklahoma while studying Exercise and Sports Science. I founded RunningSoleGirl in January of 2013 while finishing my freshman year of high school with the purpose of wanting to help individuals with a passion for living a healthy lifestyle connect with each other.

My goal for RunningSoleGirl was to create a space for people to feel safe and encouraged while on their journey to a healthy lifestyle. Developing into a community where people encouraged each other along the way on their journey and could relate with and to each other as well.

Even though I was finishing up my freshman year of high school at the time of starting RunningSoleGirl, I knew that I wanted to help others lead a proper and healthy lifestyle. A lifestyle that didn’t involve the usual advice of restricting yourself from the things you enjoy, while burning all of the calories.

Instead, I wanted RunningSoleGirl to be the health blog that encouraged you to eat the cookie, enjoy cake, and not fear the all-you-can-eat buffet. This hasn’t been an easy thing to maintain, due to the ever-evolving and developing fitness and health blog industry. However, I’ve maintained my stance on keeping it 100% real with my loyal readers, on what will truly help you feel confident in your progress on your journey to a truly wonderful and healthy lifestyle.

However, it’s because of the constantly evolving industry, that RunningSoleGirl is much different today than it was when it was launched in 2013. It began as just a health and wellness blog, but over time has maintained that and also grown into more of a health and lifestyle blog.

The content that can be found here is focused on health, fitness, everything college – advice, beauty, style, and more -, as well as my thought posts which are usually opinion pieces on important subjects to me such as body image issues within society.
